Delivery Information:
Earphones and/or Accessories are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Our delivery prices are per order and not per item and are calculated once the item/s are added to the cart.
N.B. Due to the term of contract with previous company , we only offer products to our HONG KONG AGENCY COMPANY. So all the product will be sent out from HONG KONG. Please understand it.
N.B. The shipping times are quoted times from our couriers, Invisible Audio are not responsible for delays on any shipping once the goods are in possession of the courier.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to THE HONG KONG AGENCY COMPANY for all repairs. We covers the cost of shipping back to the customer only for products that receive in warranty service.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
INVISIBLE AUDIO offers a one-year limited warranty on the Universal IEM. INVISIBLE AUDIO warrants the Universal IEM to be free from workmanship. BUT defects in any materials ( Broken Shell / DRIVERS / Connector) will be charged.
14-Day Functional Guarantee
If you received your Universal IEM and it is not functional well (Excluding cable) within 14 days. Please just shipping back to THE HONG KONG AGENCY COMPANY. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your earphones to THE HONG KONG AGENCY COMPANY. We will cover the cost of shipping back to you.
Accessories
Cables
Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival. We are sorry that there is NO WARRANTY on cables. You may need to change within a certain time. Please understand it.
Warranty does not cover the following:
Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair by an unauthorized third-party or person.
Damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.
Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
